We strive to keep our current stock levels as accurate as possible within our online store, and when we list and items as available, to the best of our knowledge we believe it to be. However sometimes we may run low on a particular item or the supplier may discontinue it without our knowledge. If an item you order cannot be delivered within the advertised timeframe we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of the problem and offer you a replacement or your money back.

Perishables Items

We keep only a minimum on hand to ensure the freshest & best quality for our clients. As the majority of our stock comes from overseas, we recommend that you order these items a minimum of 20 business days before your event.

Candy & Food items

Boutique Hours

Our online store is open 24hrs a day and our studio by appointment.

Although we work 6 days a week we are physically in the office Tuesday to Saturday and work very hard to respond to all enquiries within 48hours of receiving them, however please understand that it may take a little longer if we are out running events but rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible thereafter.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom & Special orders DO NOT qualify for the flat rate shipping offer. Instead you will be charge for the actual shipping cost from warehouse to your home, no mark ups or estimates on postage, just the actual shipping cost (plus insurance if requested).

Delivery Charges


Within Australia we charge a flat rate of $14.95 shipping and use a combination of Australia Post and Courier services to get your package to you as quickly & safely as possible.

Standard delivery will take between 2 and 8 working days after dispatch.

If you would like to upgrade your delivery to express delivery, simply add the express shipping product to your cart (it can be found on the main menu) and proceeded with checkout.

As we only charge the actual cost for an express upgrade we will then review your order and contact you to let you know how much extra express shipping would be and if you would like to proceed we will invoice you the difference.

NB: Express courier deliveries require signatures and must be delivered to a physical address unless you authorise a secure place for the package to be left, at your own risk. Please open and check your delivery for damage before you sign acceptance of the package


We welcome international orders, however our shopping cart cannot calculate shipping internationally. Please email us at to obtain a quote for shipping prior to placing an order. It is important that you make contact prior to or just after placing and international order as any international order placed with no contact is cancelled after 7 business days.

Please note not all products (including some perishables & glassware) are not permitted to be shipped outside of Australia.

If you should complete the checkout process and subsequently decide not to proceed with your order, your payment will be refunded less a $5.00 re stocking fee

Dispatch Times


We want to get you your beautiful products as soon as possible! We aim to dispatch all non-personalised and stocked items in 14 business days, however each product is different and as many of our products are handmade, if timing is a priority please ensure you check the current order status or contact us prior to ordering. Please Note that Delivery Times are in addition to dispatch times and we can not control how long standard delivery with Australia Post will check, for details please visit

Personalised & handmade Items

Personalised & handmade Items do take extra time and for the majority of these items, please allow a minimum of 30 business days for dispatch. We take booking up to 12 months in advance and strive to get your items to you as soon as possible. We will dispatch items as soon as they are ready, however a faster turnaround time is not always possible, so please ask prior to ordering if your event date falls with the minimum time period.

Perishables Items

We keep a small variety & quantity of stock on hand (including most colors in the 7oz M&M range, popular sixlet & gumball flavors) and then based on the orders received we tailor our monthly shipments of candy from the US & UK to fulfill our orders.

Generally orders are placed per client to ensure that we can provide the best possible price & quality candy for everyone. As we receive monthly shipments the longest you would have to wait would be approx. 20 business days but that said depending on when you order it can be a lot quicker.

Handmade items – Rush Order

For some of our handmade items we do offer a rush service for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.

When possible we use recycled boxes for shipping. This helps our environment and also helps keep our shipping costs down too. This means your order may come packaged to you in a recycled box.


We respect your privacy and will keep all of your personal details secure and confidential. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged, or disclosed unless required by law. Any information you submit is used in order to process your order only. Any email address given can be used for marketing purposes including contacting you for reviews of your product and letting you know about products, sales and promotions that may be of interest to you.

For Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order and Paypal E-check & debit card payments please allow 3 to 5 days for the funds to be received, our dispatch times commence after funds have cleared.


The quality of our products and the service we provide are very important to us.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for your choice of either an exchange or credit note to be used within 12 months. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit and return to us in a resalable condition.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or the products(s) are faulty.

Unfortunately not all products(s) can be returned if you change your mind after purchase, our exchange policy does not apply to products(s) that have been used, worn, soiled or damaged, are Personalised/ custom made, are Perishable, are Personal items (such as underwear, earrings) or on Sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements For products which are found to be faulty by the manufactures standards we will provide a full refund once we have deemed this to be the case. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To organise an exchange or credit note, please email us as soon as your order is received and include Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for exchange.
